Atome Instalment Payment:
If you choose to pay via Atome, your purchase will be split into 3 equal interest-free instalments. The first instalment is charged at checkout. Subsequent instalments are automatically charged every 30 days.
 
Your use of Atome is subject to Atome's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at atome.my. Wolves Wellness is not responsible for any disputes, charges, or issues arising from your use of the Atome platform.
 
All card and payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

SECTION 6 — PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS
 
From time to time, Wolves Wellness may offer promotional discount codes ("Codes") as part of marketing campaigns or special events.
 
(a) Codes are valid only for the specific period and conditions stated at the time of issue.
(b) Each Code may only be used once per customer unless otherwise specified.
(c) Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
(d) Codes have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
(e) Wolves Wellness reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
(f) Any attempt to misuse, duplicate, or fraudulently apply a Code will result in order cancellation.

SECTION 7 — DELIVERY & SHIPPING
 
We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia only.
 
Estimated delivery times (from date of dispatch):
— Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
— East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 business days
— Singapore international (rates & times "determined by appointed courier at checkout")
— Hong Kong international (same — flexible, no hardcoded promise)
 
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Wolves Wellness is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.
 
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
 
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the courier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
 
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully.
 
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
— The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival;
— You received the wrong item.
 
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened and consumed (except in the case of defects).

Refunds:

For Atome payments, refunds are processed in accordance with Atome's refund policy.
 
Wolves Wellness reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not comply with the above conditions.

• 0% interest applies. No processing fees charged by Wolves Wellness.
• Atome eligibility, approval, and credit decisions are governed solely by Atome's policies. • Wolves Wellness is not responsible for any Atome-related disputes, rejections, or charges.

7. Stock & Availability

8. Delivery
• Standard delivery timeline applies (Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days; East Malaysia: 5– 10 business days).

9. Returns & Refunds
Products purchased under this Promotion are subject to Wolves Wellness's standard Return and Refund Policy:
• Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for damaged or defective products only.
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging for return eligibility.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Promotional discounts are non-refundable in cash. Refunds will reflect the amount paid (RM240), not the regular price.

10. Code Limitations

• The code cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, or discount unless explicitly stated.
• Wolves Wellness reserves the right to void any order suspected of code abuse or fraudulent redemption.
