Where is Wolves Wellness based?
Wolves Wellness is based in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
Are Wolves Wellness products available in a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store. Wolves Wellness is an online-only store.
Should I be worried about my personal information?
Wolves Wellness is a registered brand that adheres to industry-standard privacy protections. We do not sell, lease, or distribute any personal customer information. All sensitive information is securely stored offline in our privately managed data center.
Do I need to register to place an order?
You can an order as a guest without registering. However, registered members enjoy additional benefits, including:
- A quicker Checkout process
- The ability to check order status and history
- Updates on new releases and special promotions
I gave the wrong address. Can you help?
We are able to assist in changing address, email address and name, but we cannot change the order.
What kind of payment methods can I use?
We acx:ept a variety Of payment methods, including Mastercard, Visa, Debit Card, Credit Card, FPX, Atome (Buy Now, Pay Later), GrabPay, Touch 'n' GO (e-wallet), UnionPay, ShopeePay, Bcxxt, and more. If you wish to use a different payment method, please contact us directly to verify its eligibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Wolves Wellness reserves the right to accept or refuse requests for changes or cancellations after receiving an order. If your request is accepted and you have already authorized payment via direct bank transfer or Maybank QRPay, we will issue a credit to the original payment method.
Please note that any cancellation made after an order has been placed will incur a cancellation fee of RM2.00, regardless of the timing of the request, due to fees charged by the merchant processor or credit card company. Additionally, orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
I prefer to make phone orders instead of ordering from the website. Is that possible?

I had something missing from my order when the package arrived. What should I do?
If something is missing, please contact us immediately.
I have yet to receive any feedback after I sent you an email. How long does it take for a reply?
We typically reply within 24 hours. If you haven't received a response, please allow some additional time as we may handling a high volume of inquiries. Please note that our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We will get back to you as soon as possible after the weekend.

How will my order be processed?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only provide international shipping to Singapore.
Is there free shipping?
Free shipping is available only when orders meet the required minimum spending amount, This option defaults to economy shipping. The product page will indicate whether the is eligible for shipping,
I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
A shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped.
Why was my parcel delivery unsuccessful?
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please make sure that all information—such as your name, mailing address, and contact information—is filled out correctly. If you believe your order is delayed or lost, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
